The technical specialist graduating from this course \u2013 Y&S2 \u2013 analyses and assesses the maintenance and\/or refurbishment requirements of the vessel, suggests options and solutions to the client, draws up detailed cost estimates and manages the commercial relationship with the client, both during the quotation stage and whilst the refit work is being carried out, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
