Yachting Workshops
<\/strong><\/p>

Isyl has designed the reproduction of processes and products using 4.0 technologies, through the use of mock-ups, components and software systems integrated with each other in a single space that will be set up at the Atelier Palazzo delle Muse in Via Mazzini in Viareggio. It will be like being in a shipyard with the construction or refit of a large yacht at its centre. Teachers and students will be able to work and interact, starting from the design process and moving on to order management, highlighting and testing the workmanship, assembly, systems and navigation instruments of a yacht in the laboratory. Thanks to 4.0 technologies, each stage of the yacht creation cycle will be simulated and tested \u201clive\u201d on the various parts and stages of the manufacturing and assembly order. <\/p>

Port facilities workshop
<\/strong><\/p>

A platform has been identified for managing and simulating moorings and marina service functions, allowing the simulation of administrative processes and technical operations involved in docking and mooring in a port. Students will be able to simulate the process of accepting bookings, mooring and reception in a port, as well as the control and administrative management systems for services. <\/p>

Logistics workshop
<\/strong><\/p>

This is a space dedicated to shipping processes and the management of port traffic for goods and people. Through a simulation platform, it will be possible to manage negotiations and documentation relating to the import or export of goods, people and complex objects, and to follow their intermodal logistics flow on land. The laboratory will also be equipped with ERP software dedicated to the management of warehouses and logistics hubs. <\/p>

Automation Workshops<\/strong><\/p>

The new workshops enrich the range of technological experiences in the field of automation and the digitalisation of operational processes, offering the opportunity to connect various innovative devices and equipment within an Industry 4.0 framework, with a view to improving the assembly, handling and maintenance of naval vessels and their components.
