The signed deal is centered around learning and the specialization of the workers and technicians.<\/strong><\/p>

ISYL Foundation<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Italian Superyacht Life \u2013 and\u00a0NAVIGO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 one of the most important player for devolpment and innovation in the nautical sector \u2013 have been part of a series of meetings in Santo Domingo, in which a deal has been signed with the\u00a0MESCYT\u00a0<\/strong>(Department of Superior Education, of Science and of Technology), represented by the PMinister Franklin Garcia Fermina, and with\u00a0ANAMAR<\/strong>\u00a0(National Authority of Maritime Sector), represented by President Jimmy Garcia Savi\u00f1\u00f3n.<\/p>

The path that led to the agreement started from an idea of\u00a0Mauro Caslini<\/strong>, businessman of the nautical sector who operates in the Dominican Republic and who\u2019s recently been acknowledged Cavaliere dell\u2019Ordine della Stella d\u2019Italia. The deal is going to help professionalize the nautical sector of the Dominican Republic and support this incredibly appealing yachting destination. For that goal NAVIGO and ISYL Foundation are going to engage in educating the teaching staff and promoting the knowledge exchange from and to the Tuscany District. At the same time,\u00a0the connection between these two realities is going to favor the devolpment of the technical and scientific expertise needed to successfully undertake modern sea professions.<\/strong><\/p>

ISYL Foundation has recently promoted 5 new courses centered around the yachting world, which will start from next October, renew its initiative, which consists in training young students and initiate them to the nautical sector. At the same time, together with NAVIGO and as part as the\u00a0TYT \u2013 True Yachting Training<\/strong>\u00a0project, the start of a training path for highly specialized workers in the nautical sector is expected.<\/p>

Other very important goals concern strategic issues for the sector and the economy, like for example the costal and marina management, the preservation of the Dominican sea ecosystem, and topics regarding sustainability and green.<\/p>

This deal\u00a0is built around the next generations of nautical technical operators<\/strong>, to whom several scholarships will be made avaiable to support in their training. The operation aims to bring hefty relapses on the economy, favoring nautical luxury tourism and opening new horizons for some specializations \u2013 not deepened enough until now -, which are going to be a priviliged study object.\u00a0Strategical to the deal has been the visit to INFOTEP<\/strong>\u00a0(National Institution of Technical and Professional Formation) laboratories \u2013 a multidisciplinary school of professions which gives young students the possibility to be educated in 50 different brenches.<\/p>

In that way, NAVIGO increases its presence in the international environment, putting beside the two seas of referral \u2013 the Mediterranean and the Red Sea \u2013 the Carribean Sea, confirming itself both capable to interweave worldwide relationships and creating bonds with the goal to noticeably improve, on one hand, the level of the workers and, on the other, the economy derivative from the nautical sector.<\/p>

\u201cOurs is a sector which is always searching for workers technically trained and skilled<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 says\u00a0President of ISYL Vincenzo Poerio<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0the path started, even if will need some adjustments in the long run, is going to be able to meet the requests from both the shipyards and the nautcal production chain companies, in a broader vision where the skills can integrate themselves with international standards in different countries placed in the most important yachting seas. Educating resources in Italy is going to be an opportunity to Italian companies too, which can then develop and enrich their business to better serve their customers around the world<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>

Even\u00a0head of NAVIGO, Pietro Angelini<\/strong>, express satisfatcion for the signed deal: \u201cTo be a part of the international network and become an appealing yachting destination, relationships among countries are needed to be built first. This is precisely what we are doing, in this case just like with the Middle East.\u00a0In Santo Domingo we have found qualified companies, and we\u2019ve seen the country full potential<\/strong>.
