Course description

The technical specialist graduating from this course – Y&S2 – analyses and assesses the maintenance and/or refurbishment requirements of the vessel, suggests options and solutions to the client, draws up detailed cost estimates and manages the commercial relationship with the client, both during the quotation stage and whilst the refit work is being carried out, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. He also works in specialist agencies (yacht management, charter companies, ship chandlers, customs and crew management agencies) as a professional responsible for managing all on-board services on pleasure craft to ensure a pleasant stay for the owner and their guests.
